In a lot of ways, our Discoverer Sleepovers are a throwback to much simpler times.
They offer a chance for kids to explore the great outdoors – to throw themselves into all kinds of fun activities while making new friends, before retiring into the woods to gather around the bonfire, toast marshmallows and sing songs while the sun goes down.
If you are itching to get the children to log off and head out of the house for a day or two, our Discoverer Sleepovers are a very handy option.
Specifically created for children in school years 2 and 3, our Discoverer Sleepover packages introduce kids to the outdoors in a safe, enjoyable atmosphere.
Never will your child have access to so many different activities in one place. Kids are able to try their hand at archery and quad-biking, sailing and high-ropes. There’s also table tennis, arts & crafts, movie clubs and afternoon parties by our extra special beach by the lake.
At a time when it can seem challenging to keep children focused and engaged – the chances of the little ones becoming bored at a Discoverer Sleepover are a big fat zero. There’s so much to experience here!
Once the kids have enjoyed day one, our warm and friendly team of instructors will cook dinner around the campfire, with time for one more adventure on site before lights out. Day two begins with a healthy, nourishing breakfast – included at no extra cost – before another full day of events and activities around our 130-acre activity centre. We also supply lunch as part of the package price.
It goes without saying that staying away from home overnight can be scary for any six to eight year-old, which is exactly why we keep a private area for our Discoverers, with a dedicated team of play leaders and an adult nearby at all times. There are never more than 10 children per instructor, and every one of our team is qualified in first aid – so you know your child is in very safe hands here.
If this sounds interesting, we have a limited number of Discoverer Sleepover spaces left throughout August. Spaces are £110 per person, and can be booked here.
