On London’s doorstep and set in 130 acres of beautiful landscaped grounds in the Greenbelt. Only minutes from the M25 and ideal access to London (using public transport you can be at the tower of London in 30 minutes). We run all of our activities on site minimising the time taken moving between activities. With a children’s play park, picnic shelters for day groups and coffee shop you can be certain of a well organised and relaxing visit.
To ensure everyone enjoys their visit to Stubbers Adventure Centre please adhere to the following rules:
Only assistance dogs that are clearly identified are allowed on site.
Stay away from all actvivity areas (excluding the play park) and accommodation unless supervised by a member of the Stubbers team.
BBQs are not permitted unless supplied by an approved Stubbers caterer. Campfires are allowed in designated areas only.
Swimming is not permitted unless supervised by a Stubbers member of staff or attending an open water swimming event.
Alcohol is only permitted during specific events.
Children must be supervised by an Adult all times. An exception to this is when attending SMASH CAMPS where Stubbers will provide adequate supervision.
While enjoying our site please keep your shirt on at all times.
There is a strict 10mph speed limit in place across the whole of the site.
Please supervise young children in the toilet and shower area. The toilet blocks will be cleaned up to four times per day and may be closed temporarily during these times. We ask you to please leave the shower areas as you would hope to find them.
Fishing is not available on-site.
Please be considerate of other campers and keep music and noise to a minimum. We do request that between 23.00 to 07.00, campers respect that this is quiet time.

Please treat others and their property how you would like to be treated. Be mindful of your language and use litter bins provided.
Stubbers Adventure Centre is private property. The site is open 9am to 5pm daily for non-paying visitors to enjoy the grounds, play park, trails and coffee shop. Individuals and groups who in our opinion are at risk of spoiling the safety or enjoyment of others will be asked to leave the site. We reserve the right to refuse entry at any time and without explanation.
At Stubbers Adventure Centre we believe in access for all, meaning having facilities and activities suitable for those with additional needs. Stubbers Adventure Centre prides itself in being:
We have wheel chair access throughout our site, disabled parking and disabled toilets available making your visit as comfortable as possible.
We have a number of suitable activities and special equipment to allow young people with any additional needs to get involved in outdoor activities. Some of the activities available are sailing, kayaking, canoeing, rifle shooting, archery, inflatable rides, powerboat driving, 4×4 driving and much more.
Our staff are trained in additional needs awareness and how to adapt session. This means they can focus on ensuring your adventurer is having a fun, safe time.
